疯草灵解毒缓释丸和疯草毒素疫苗防治效果的比较 被引量:14

摘要 目的比较"疯草灵解毒缓释丸"和疯草毒素疫苗对绵(山)羊疯草中毒的防治效果。方法 16只藏系绵羊随机分成试验组Ⅰ、组Ⅱ、组Ⅲ和对照组。对试验组Ⅰ、组Ⅱ和组Ⅲ每只羊分别投服疯草灵解毒缓释丸1丸、2丸和3丸,对照组不投服。18只山羊随机分为未免疫攻毒对照组、免疫攻毒Ⅰ组和免疫攻毒Ⅱ组,未免疫攻毒对照组不接种疯草毒素疫苗,免疫攻毒组接种疯草毒素疫苗。通过临床症状、血清酶学和生化指标的变化来评价两种方法的预防效果。结果各处理组血清α-甘露糖苷酶活性和血清AST活性的变化,说明疯草毒素疫苗免疫动物后,能有效保护苦马豆素对山羊肝、心和肾等组织器官的损伤。结论两种方法对绵(山)羊疯草中毒都具有明显的预防效果,其中以缓释丸预防简便实用,成本低廉,易于推广。 Aim To compare the effect of preventing Locoweed poisoning between "Fengcaoling detoxication slow release pill" and "Locoweed toxin vaccine" in goats and sheep.Methods Sixteen Tibet series sheep were randomly divided into four groups,treatⅠ,treat Ⅱ,treat Ⅲ and control.Every sheep that in three treated groups was fed "Fengcaoling detoxication slow release pill" at dosage of one pill,two pills and three pills,the control was not fed.Eighteen goat were randomly divided into three groups,poisoning control,immune and PoisoningⅠand immune and Poisoning Ⅱ.The goats in immune and Poisoning groups were inoculated "Locoweed toxin vaccine",and the goat in poisoning control where not inoculated.Clinical symptoms,serum enzymology and biochemical indicators were used to estimate the preventing effect of two methods.Results The results of serum α-mannosidase activity and serum AST activity in all the treated gronps demonstrated "Locoweed toxin vaccine" can protect goats against the damage of swainsonine to the goats′s liver,heart,kidney and other organs.Conclusion Both the two methods have good prophylactic effect,but "Fengcaoling detoxication slow release pill" is convenient,easy to use,so it is easy to spread.
