摘要
目的:探讨肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)在扁平苔藓发病中的作用。方法:采用免疫组织化学法和RT-PCR方法检测扁平苔藓皮损处及正常组织中TNF-α和MMP-9的表达情况。结果:两者在患者组中的表达高于正常对照组。结论:TNF-α和MMP-9可能参与了扁平苔藓的发病。
Objective：To explore the effect of TNF-α and MMP-9 on the pathogenesis of lichen planus.Methods：Immunchistochemical technique and RT-PCR were used to test the expression of TNF-αand MMP-9 in the cases of lichen planus and normal skin.Results：The expression of TNF-α and MMP-9 in the cases of lichen planus were more than those in the cases of normal skin.Conclusion：TNF-α and MMP-9 may contribute to the progression of lichen planus.
