摘要
目的建立安徽凤丹皮HPLC指纹图谱,为凤丹皮的质量控制提供依据。方法采用HPLC法,以甲醇∶乙腈(1∶1)-0.5‰甲酸水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,在265 nm波长下,以丹皮酚为参照物,建立10批丹皮的指纹图谱。结果凤丹皮有10个共有峰。采用《中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2004A)版》,计算各被测样品的HPLC指纹图谱的整体相似度,10批被测样品的色谱指纹图谱的整体相似度在0.914-0.991,并得出了凤丹皮的对照指纹图谱。结论该指纹图谱方法简便、重现性好,可专属性地研究丹皮的指纹图谱,为有效地控制凤丹皮的内在质量提供了科学依据。
OBJECTIVE To provide the basis for quality control of cortex moutan in Nanling of Anhui province by HPLC fingerprints.METHODS HPLC was used to establish 10 batches of fingerprints for cortex moutan with paeono1 served as the reference and the detective wavelength of 265nm.The mobile phase was methanol∶acetonitrile(1∶1)-0.5‰ formic acid solution(gradient elution).RESULTS 10 common peaks were revealed in the fingerprint of cortex moutan.The referred fingerprint for cortex moutan was established by calculating the sample's overall similarity of HPLC fingerprints,which was between 0.914 and 0.991,according to Similarity Appraisal System of Fingerprint Spectrum of TCM(2004A).CONCLUSION The established fingerprint is simple and repeatable,which can be specifically used to study the fingerprint of cortex moutan,and provides a scientific basis for the control of inner quality of cortex moutan in Nanling.
