摘要
采用摆动式行星球磨机对中药甘草进行粉碎,分析磨机转速、粉碎时间、磨介质充填率、球料质量比对超细粉体粒径的影响。确定最佳工艺参数为:球磨机转速为300 r/min、粉碎时间1 h、磨介质充填率30%、球料质量比为15∶1。对甘草粉体提取液的抗菌性能进行测试。结果表明:超细粉碎很大程度地提高了甘草有效成分的溶出量,其有效成分提取液对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌均有较好的抑菌效果,抑菌率分别达到89.12%和81.76%。
Glycyrrhiza was comminuted by planetary ball mill. The effects of the rational speed, grinding time, grinding media filling rate, the mass ratio of ball and materials on the ultrafine particle size were analysed. The optimum process parameters were that the rational speed was 300 r/min, grinding time was 1 h, grinding media filling rate was 30 %, the mass ratio of ball and materials was 15 : 1. The antibacterial activity of glycyrrhiza extract was tested. The results showed that ultrafine grinding improved the dissolution of the amount of active ingredient. The extract had excellent antibacterial effects against S. aureus and E. coli, their inhibitory rate reached 89.12 % and 81.76 %, respectively.
