摘要
改性淀粉因降失水性能好,价格便宜,环保无毒,在油田应用广泛,但淀粉微观结构复杂,限制了油田用深度改性产品的发展,尤其是适用于深井钻探的抗高温降失水剂的研发。分析了淀粉分子的结构组成及其对降失水、抗高温等性能的影响,综述了预胶化淀粉、淀粉醚及接枝共聚淀粉的研究状况,反映了当前改性淀粉降失水剂产品重复率高、接枝改性深度不够等问题,指出了优选淀粉及预处理方式、重视产品的复配使用等发展方向。
Modified starch is widely used in oil field due to its perfect performance in reducing fluid loss,cheap price,environmental protection and non-toxic.However,the microcosmic structure of starch is complicated,which has limited the development of further modification of starch designed for oilfield,especially for deep drilling.This paper analysed the composition and structure of starch molecules and its connection with fluid loss reducing and high temperature resisting performance,reviewed the research in pre-gelatinized starch, starch ether derivative and starch graft copolymer.Finally,this paper reflected the current problems that the repetition rate of modified starch filtrate reducers is high while the depth of modification is low,and so on.This paper pointed out the development direction that we should select moderate starch and pretreatment,with emphasis on use of mixed products in the future as well.
