摘要
目的构建符合军队医院发展现状的护理安全管理指标体系。方法在对护理安全相关概念科学界定的基础上,根据文献评阅和安全管理理论研究,按照层次分析法以文森特医学框架为基础,识别影响护理安全的各级因素,通过小范围专家讨论认证,建立指标体系的初步方案。采用德尔斐法组织2轮专家咨询,汇总专家意见,确定指标命名和权重,建立护理安全管理指标体系。结果建立了一套由组织管理因素、背景环境因素、护理人员因素、患者因素、陪伴因素等5项一级指标、13项二级指标和50项三级指标构成的护理安全管理指标体系。结论从专家的积极性、权威性及对指标的一致认可程度确证该指标体系的可信度较高,该指标体系的建立对指导护理管理者明确安全管理的内容和要素,推进护理安全的系统化、科学化管理,具有重要的指导作用。
Objective To establsh a nursing safety management index system in line with the current status of military hospitals.Methods Through literature review,the research was conducted based on the analysis of the concepts involved in nursing safety management and the clinical adverse incident analysis system to distinguish the influencing factors of nursing safety according to the Vincent framework and to establish the primary index system with small-scale specialist attestation and analysis hierarchy process.Using Delphi method,two rounds of specialist consultations were organized to summarize specialists＇ opinions,adopt nursing safety management theory and medical statistics for analyzing relevant data,identify index name and weight and conclude the nursing safety management index system.Results A nursing safety management index system was established,which was composed of five first-level indicators,namely,organization and management factor,environment and background factor,nursing staff factor,patient factor and accompanying factor,13 second-level indicators and 50 third-level indicators.Conclusion The index system has higher reliability in view of the enthusiasm,authority and recognition from the experts.The establishment of the index system has an important role in guiding nursing administrators to explicit the contents and elements of safety management and promoting nurisng safety of the systematic and scientific management.
