鼻腔NK-T细胞淋巴瘤患者急性放射性损伤的护理 被引量：1

摘要 放疗是鼻腔NK-T细胞淋巴瘤早期的主要治疗手段,37例患者放疗过程中均出现不同程度的组织器官急性放射性损伤,损伤部位包括口腔黏膜36例,鼻黏膜37例,眼黏膜8例,皮肤37例,骨髓3例和胃肠道5例,经过精心的对症治疗和护理,37例均坚持顺利完成放疗。心理护理时注意认知干预和情绪支持与鼓励;保持口腔黏膜清洁,及时为患者止痛,在无痛的情况下进食和进行口腔康复训练;采取鼻黏膜的保湿措施,加强预防出血知识的宣教,发生出血、粘连症状后,稳定患者的情绪,及时遵医嘱做好对症处理。
