摘要
察汗乌苏水电站地处偏远、现场交通不便、施工干扰大、工期紧、质量要求高。为此,参建各方在科学论证的基础上,成功引进、创新并应用了新技术、新材料、新设备、新工艺(简称"四新"技术)进行设计和施工,既保证了工程建设质量,又节省了投资,加快了进度。特别是深覆盖层建坝技术和面板坝垫层料移动边墙固坡工艺在国内外同类工程建设中很值得推广。
Chahanwusu Hydropower Station is located at remote districts with poor transport facilities and characterized by severe construction interference,tight construction period and high construction quality requirement.For these reasons,based on scientific demonstration,the designers and constructors successfully introduced new technologies,new material,new equipment and new technology(referring as 4-new technologies) in design and construction,guaranteed the construction progress,saved investment,accelerated construction.The construction technologies of dam construction in deep covered layer and slope stabilizing by cushion material moving sidewall are worth popularizing in water conservancy and hydropower station construction at home and abroad.
