摘要
分析了几种具有温度补偿的光纤应变传感器测量应变的误差来源及缺点,由此加以推广,提出了具有温度补偿的高精度单参量光纤传感器的思想.根据椭圆纤芯高双折射光纤的温度、应变、径向压力、静水压力的灵敏度公式和双折射与波长的关系曲线,从理论上证明了具有温度补偿、结构简单、高精度的光纤应变、压力传感器的可行性,并对其优点进行了讨论.
In this paper, the sources of errors and disadvantages of several temperature compensated optical fiber strain sensors are analyzed. Then the possibilities to obtain the highly accurate, temperature compensated and simple optical fiber single parameter sensors are studied. Utilizing the highly elliptical core two mode optical fibers such sensors for measurment of axial strain, radial pressure and hydrostatic pressure are demonstrated, the most simple formulae to calculated these parameters are given, and advantages of the sensors, are discussed.
