摘要
复杂产品开发项目的选择与评价过程充满了不确定性。决策者在对项目进行评价时有很多主观的和定性的信息,文章引入证据推理方法,尽量接近人类专家的思维习惯来度量评价过程中的不确定信息以提高决策的科学性。最后应用该方法对一个汽车研究院的新产品开发项目进行了评价分析。
It is full of uncertainty in the evaluation and selection process of complex product development projects.In order to make decision-making more scientific,evidential reasoning approach is introduced to imitate the thinking of human experts in the evaluation process and deal with the subjective and qualitative information.Finally,the paper anlyses complex product development projects in a certain automobile company.
