摘要
为解决煤炭液化过程中油煤浆易发生沉积堵塞管路的问题,优化传统循环溶剂的性能,对循环溶剂及二元溶剂(低附加值石油重质副产物A油与循环溶剂的掺混体)所配制的油煤浆黏度的变化规律进行了研究,探讨了循环溶剂与二元溶剂的流变特性,分析了A油掺入量对油煤浆黏度的影响及溶剂黏度与油煤浆黏度的关系。研究表明:石油重质副产物A油与循环溶剂组成的二元溶剂黏温特性较差,二元体系油煤浆的最佳配制温度为80℃,当石油重质副产物A油的加入量为5%或10%(质量分数)时,油煤浆的黏度与油煤浆中溶剂黏度的对数值呈良好的线性关系。
In order to solve the oil coal mixture settling and jamming in the pipeline during the coal liquefaction process,the performances of the traditional circulated solvent were optimized.The paper had a study on the variation law of the oil coal mixture viscosity prepared with the recycling solvent and binary solvent (mixture of petroleum by-product A and recycling solvent).The paper discussed the rheology properties of the recycling solvent and binary solvent and analyzed the A oil quantity added affected to the oil coal mixture viscosity and the relationship between the solvent viscosity and the oil coal mixture viscosity.The study showed that the viscosity-temperature features of the binary solvent consisted of the petroleum by-product A oil and the recycling solvent would be poor and the optimum preparation temperature of the binary system oil coal mixture would be 80 ℃.When the mixing rate of the petroleum by-product A oil was 5% or 10% (mass fraction),the logarithm value between the petroleum by-product A oil viscosity and the solvent viscosity in the oil coal mixture would have a good liner relationship.
