摘要
介绍了横管式初冷器在长期非正常运行后存在的问题,分析原因并进行改造,解决了阻力大、生产负荷低、使用热煤气冲洗的问题,使初冷器满足生产要求。
Introduce the issues of cross-pipe primary cooler caused by improper operation. The equipment is transformed after finding the reasons. Resolve the problems which are big resistance, lower load production, heat gas waste.
