摘要
图书馆员的专业服务精神最能体现其职业性能,最能凸显其个人价值的实现与社会需求的协调统一。本文通过强化馆员服务意识、改善馆员服务态度、提升馆员服务品质等几方面对培育图书馆员专业服务精神进行了阐述,进而探讨了职业图书馆员专业服务精神的培养途径。
The professional service spirit of the librarians reflects the vocation properties to the most degree,at the same time to harmonize and unify the personnel value with the social requirement.The professional service spirit is demonstrated in this paper with intensifying the librarians＇ service concept,improving their service attitude and promoting their service characteristics.The training approaches of the professional service spirit to the librarians are also expressed in this paper.
