摘要
运用热分析、红外光谱、X射线光电子能谱以及扫描电子显微镜研究了尼龙(PA)66在光加速老化试验过程中的微观性能变化,并结合力学、物理性能的变化对PA66的光老化机理进行了初步研究,得到了光辐射导致PA66材料的分子链断裂、分子量降低、结晶区域遭到严重破坏的结论,并对因光加速老化所造成的PA66各项性能变化的原因进行了探讨。
The microstructure and ageing mechanismof PA66 in photo-ageing are studied by means of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) , Fourier transform infrared spectrometer( FTIR), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and scanning electron microscope(SEM). The conclusion is educed that light is an important factor in the ageing of PA66, which may induce the break of PA66 molecule, damage of PA66 crystalline region and decreasing of the performance, and the reasion is discussed.
