摘要
中药"杀虫补"以杀虫燥湿、清热解毒遣药组方,主要由攻毒杀虫、去腐敛疮类药组成。实验结果表明,1%"杀虫补"组ACI为181.7,相对增重率达88.7%;0.5%"杀虫补"组ACI为173.4,相对增重率达82.4%;磺胺氯吡嗪钠组ACI为173.5,相对增重率达80.5%,表明"杀虫补"治疗鸡球虫病的效果确切,1%治疗剂量属高效杀虫药。用5%和10%剂量进行慢性毒性实验,未发现明显的中毒反应,但平均增重率分别为43.1%和32.0%,增重效果明显受到影响(P<0.01),说明长期大剂量使用,会造成鸡的生长抑制。5 g/kg和3 g/kg剂量急性毒性实验表明,大剂量一次性使用不会造成鸡的死亡,但会抑制鸡的生长。以上实验结果表明,该中药组方对肉鸡球虫病具有治疗、预防以及增重的效果,按治疗剂量使用安全有效。
In order to assess the effect of Chinese medicinal herb Shachonghu against coccidiosis in chicken, 135 chickens of 32-day-old were assigned to four groups, including Shachonghu, treatment group （n=60）. prevention group （n=30）, chronic and acute toxicity group （n=30） and blank control group （n=15）. The results showed that the anticoccidial index （ACI） was 181.7 and 173.4, relative weight-growth rate was 88.7% and 82.4% when 1% and 0.5% of Shachongbu was used against chickens coccidiosis, respectively. But in Sanziqiuchongfen control group, ACI and relative weight-growth rate was 173.5 and 80.5%, respectively, and the treatment effect was not as good as 1% of Shachongbu. In the prevention test, the average rate of weight increase in 0..5% and 1% of Shachongbu group was75.1% and 78.6% （P〈0.01）. which was 66.6% higher than that of the healthy control group. In the toxicity test, 5% and 10% dosage of Shachongbu had no toxic reaction, but the average rate of weight increase was decreased by 43.1% and 32.0%, respectively （P〈0.01）, which indicated that high dosage of Shachongbu could inhibit chickens growth. When the chickens were given Shachongbu at 5 g/kg or 3 g/ kg for 4 days, no chickens were found to die, but the average rate of weight increase was decreased by 11.9% and 14.7%, respectively （P〈0.01）. The results indicated that the herb Shachongbu composition could prevent and treat coccidiosis in chickens.
