摘要
随着我国人民生活水平的提高,功能性乳制品的需求量逐渐增加。西方国家对功能性乳制品早已有所开发并有迅猛发展,而我国正处在开发研究阶段。本文介绍了功能性乳制品的概念,开发功能性乳制品的途径、现状和主要产品以及功能性乳制品开发中存在的问题,并展望了功能性乳制品的发展前景。
The demand for functional diary, products is surging with the improvement of people＇s lives. However, the development of such products is still in the phase of lab research in China while the western countries have witnessed rapid growth of such products since a long time ago. This paper explores the definition of functional diary products,the approaches to develop the products,the status quo of the products, major functional diary products in the market, the problems impeding their development, and their prospects.
