摘要
混凝土超高泵送主要由两方面因素决定:混凝土性能及泵送设施。在泵送设施确定后只能从混凝土配合比优化方面着手以实现混凝土的超高泵送。针对广州珠江新城西塔混凝土工程,阐述了混凝土配合比中粗骨料粒径和超细粉含量对超高泵送的影响。通过优化配合比,采用小粒径粗骨料,加入硅灰,降低泵送压力,以增强混凝土的工作性能,增加黏度和抗离析性。
Two factors which can influence the concrete’s ultra-high pumping are concrete’s performance and pumping facilities.If the pumping facilities’ type is limited,the optimization of concrete mix proportion is the sole way to achieve ultra-high concrete pumping.According to the concrete engineering in Guangzhou Pearl River New Town West-tower,the influence of coarse aggregate size and ultrafine powder in concrete mix proportion on ultra-high pumping is indicated.By optimizing mix proportion,applying small size coarse aggregate,adding silica fume,the pumping pressure of concrete is induced to strengthen concrete performance,and viscosity and anti-segregating are increased.
