摘要
对实验室模拟薄板坯连铸连轧流程试制成功的普通取向硅钢的铸坯进行高温力学性能测试,分析动态再结晶、析出物和相变对取向硅钢热塑性的影响。结果表明:试验取向硅钢无第Ⅱ脆性区;第Ⅲ脆性区的温度范围约为850~600℃;晶界析出物和相变是第Ⅲ脆性区取向硅钢塑性变差的主要原因。
High temperature mechanical property tests of common grain oriented silicon steels produced by thin slab casting and rolling route(TSCR) in laboratory have been carried out.The influence of dynamic recrystallization,precipitates and phase transformation on hot ductility of grain oriented silicon steel is analyzed.The results show that the brittleness region Ⅱ does not appear in grain oriented silicon steel examined.The temperature range of ductility region Ⅲ is about 850-600 ℃.Precipitates along the grain boundaries and phase transformation mainly lead to a decrease on hot ductility of grain oriented silicon steel.
