摘要 子宫内膜异位症(EM)是妇科常见病、疑难病,也是导致女性不育的主要原因之一,但其发生发展的分子机制尚未阐明。转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)通过与雌激素,以及多种炎症因子相互作用,共同参与调节子宫内膜异位的种植、血管生成、炎症的形成和盆腔粘连的发生等过程,在EM的发生发展中起重要的调节作用。同时,TGF-β1也参与调节卵泡发育、排卵、受精卵发育和胚胎着床等生理过程,因此,EM患者的TGF-β1表达异常可能其导致不育的原因之一。 Endometriosis, a common and complicated gynecological disease, is usually associated with female infertility; however, the exact molecular mechanisms underlying the establishment and maintenance of endometriosis are still not clearly understood. Transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1) might play a major role in endometriosis by regulating the biological processes of ectopic endometrium implantation, angiogenesis, inflammation and adhesion in pelvic cavity, in coordination with estrogen and various inflammatory cytokines. Furthermore, the abnormal expression of TGF-β1 in endometriosis might be one of the main reasons of endometriosis-associated infertility, for TGF-β1 is also involved in regulation of follicular development, ovulation, development of zygote and embryo implantation.
