摘要
目的:探讨快速冰冻方法对乳腺疾病诊断的准确性,提高诊断的准确率,避免误诊。方法:2003～2009年对176例乳腺疾病的冰冻切片诊断与相应的石蜡切片诊断进行回顾性分析。结果:176例乳腺疾病的冰冻切片确诊率为96.6%(170/176),延迟诊断率为2.3%(4/176),误诊率为1.1%(2/176)。结论:肯定了冰冻切片在诊断乳腺疾病中的重要意义和应用价值。
Objective：To investigate diagnosis accuracy of breast lesions applying the intra -operative frozen section,increase accuracy rate, avoid misdiagnosis. Methods： Retrospective analysis carried out between frozen sections and routine paraffin - embedded sections with breast lestions collected from 2003 - 2009 in hospital. Results： 170 cases were diagnosded correctly with accuracy rate 96. 6% ,misdiagnosis rate 1.1% ,and 4 cases of diagnosis were deferred with delay rate 2. 3%. Conclusions ： Frozen section confirmed the diagnosis of breast disease in the importance and value.
