摘要
目前大学生就业成为大家关注的社会问题。文章分析了当前大学生就业能力不足的原因,指出提高大学生就业能力的必要性,并提出提高其就业能力的途径,这需要高校、学生本人、家庭和政府共同努力。
Currently,the employment of university students has become a primary concern of social problems. This paper analyzes the reasons that cause their lack of employment ability and points out the necessity to improve the employability of university students,and urges colleges and universities,students themselves,their families and our government to make joint efforts to promote their successful employment.
