摘要
针对当前各大煤矿存在的安全问题,借用数据包络分析理论,提出了矿井安全的管理有效性评价。此种评价旨在打破传统的排序评价,从管理角度探讨怎样改善矿井的安全,保障矿工权益。管理有效性评价结果反映出各矿在提高矿井安全时付出的实质性努力,能够给煤矿管理决策者制订安全生产方案时提供理论依据。
At present,directed against coal mine existing the security problems,by using the data envelopment analysis theory,the concept of management efficiency of mine safety is proposed.Such assessment aim at break the traditional evaluation,from a management point of view to discuss on how to improve mine safety,to protect the rights of miners.The management effectiveness evaluation results reflect that all mine paid the substantial efforts to improve the safety,when the decision-makers formulate safe programs,it provides the theoretical basis.
