摘要
T型管道用于流体的连接和混合,若两种流体存在温差,由于流体混合过程中的湍流效应,混合过程中必将存在速度和温度波动,这将是管道发生热疲劳的重要热载荷。通过大涡模拟(LES)对T型管道内冷热流体混合过程的流动与传热情况进行了数值模拟,获得了混合区域内的瞬时温度,通过时均值和均方根值来描述温度的平均大小和波动程度。结果表明,在主管下游离主管和支管交汇中心不远处区域内温度波动最为剧烈。
T-junctions are used to mix and connect the fluids.Velocity and temperature fluctuations are consequentially induced due to turbulence during the mixing process of the fluids if the fluids have temperature difference.Temperature fluctuation is an important thermal load resulting in thermal fatigue of the pipe.In the present work,numerical simulation using larger-eddy simulation turbulence model was performed to predict the flow and heat transfer during the hot and cold fluids mixing in the tee-junction,and transient temperature in mixing zone is obtained.The time-averaged value and root-mean-square value of the temperature are used to describe the averaged temperature and intensity of temperature fluctuation respectively.Numerical results show that strongest temperature fluctuation occurs in the region of the main duct near the downstream of the cross center between main duct and branch duct.The investigation reveals the flow and heat transfer essence of the thermal fluctuation of the mixing process.The intensity and frequency of the temperature fluctuation obtained have an important significance in the prediction and judgment of the potential region of thermal fatigue.
