摘要
本文对液氨处理后羊毛纤维的表面结构、化学结构以及织物机械性能的变化进行研究.由扫描电镜(SEM)和红外光谱(IR)分析可知,液氨能改变羊毛纤维的化学组成和表面结构.通过测试织物拉伸回复率、纱线卷曲率及强力,发现液氨处理能提高纱线弯曲状态的稳定性,改善其拉伸回复性,而强力损失较少.
Changes of the wool fiber surface structure,chemical structure and wool fabric mechanical properties after liquid ammonia treatment are studied.The experiment with SEM and IR has shown that changes have taken place in wool fiber chemical and surface structure.The tests for the fabric tensile recovery,the yarn crimp ratio and strength have shown that the treatment increases the yarn stability in the bending state,improves its tensile recovery,decreases the strength loss.
