摘要
为了解决学生考试证制作处理数据量、工作量大和劳动强度高的问题,利用Office软件中的Excel、Word和可视化编程软件Visual Basic 6.0开发了一个操作简单、处理数据快捷,具有很好的通用性的数据处理系统—学生考试证制作系统。通过Excel收集、整理数据,用Word制作文档模板,利用VB作为编成工具,将Excel中的标准数据和目录存储的照片数据输出为标准的Word文档,以备打印输出或者存档。经过实际使用该系统,该方法提高了工作效率,解决了工作中的难题。
In order to address process big the data volume,big work volume,processing data from the repeated and higher labor-intensive problems in examination card production,used of Excel,Word in Office software and visualization programming software Visual Basic 6.0 to develop the data processing system-student test card production system which is simple and fast data processing and has good versatility.By Excel to collect,collate data,produce documents using Word templates,using VB as a compilation tool to Excel,the standard data and directories stored photo data output as a standard Word document to prepare for print output,or archived.After the actual use of the system,the means to enhance the work efficiency,solve work problems.
