简述几种传统的快速冷却设备和氨冷冻站的缺点，介绍了冰缸冷排、底冷式奶仓、调温型蓄冷奶仓和冰冷奶仓这四种急冷和冷藏相结合的适合乳品厂推广采用的新型鲜奶急冷冷藏设备。
A new type fresh milk ccoling set was introduced. It was used in dairy factory with quick cooling and storing set-cylinder cooling pike, direct cooling milk storehouse of transition temperature, stored cooling milk storehouse of transition temperature and refrigerated milk - storehouse.
