摘要
社会稳定是社会系统良性运行的表现,影响社会稳定的因素包括内生变量和外生变量。而贫困不仅作为内生变量对社会稳定有负面影响,在金融危机等外生变量的影响下,对社会稳定的干扰性进一步加剧。因此,应建立贫困监测的指标体系,监控贫困对社会稳定的影响;同时健全社会救助体系,为贫困群体编织安全网,这样才能有效控制贫困对社会稳定的负面影响。
Factors affecting social stability contain endogenous variables and exogenous variables.As an endogenous variable,poverty can exert negative effect on social stability,and under the influence of financial crisis which is an exogenous variable,it can have a stronger effect on social stability.So only by adopting some measures like improving social assistance system,can we bring the negative effect of poverty on social stability under control.
