摘要
以含钒碳质页岩等为代表的含钒岩石,是我国一种独特的钒矿资源,并含有多种金属和非金属元素。近年来,我国从含钒岩石中提钒的工艺发展非常迅速。主要针对分段酸浸提钒工艺,利用综合评价指数法从资源和污染物指标对其生产工艺进行初步分析,并对工艺预期的清洁生产程度进行评价,以探索在实验室试验阶段工艺能否实现清洁生产的一种定量评价方法,为下一步的扩试、工业试验选择相应的工艺提供参考、借鉴。
The vanadium-containing rock,being vanadium-containing carbonaceous shale as a representative,is a kind of unique vanadium mine resource which contains a variety of metallic and nonmetallic elements.In recent years,the v-recovering technology from vanadium-containing rock is developing very fast in our country.Aiming at subsection acid leaching v-recovering technology,the comprehensive evaluation index method is adopted to make a preliminary analysis on the production process of clean production level,in order to explore a quantitative evaluation method of whether to achieve cleaner production level for the technology in laboratory experiment stage.Therefore,a reference of corresponding process selection can be provided for further expansion of industrial experiment.
