提出功率自反馈法是解决传统试验方法浪费电能这个突出问题的较好方法，既简便易行，且易于推广应用。
In this paper, the Power Self-Feedback method is proposed to reduce the wasting of electric energy withthe traditional testing method. This novel method is simple and easy to be put into widely use.
