介绍了临汾市煤矿企业兼并重组整合的思路、主要做法和初步效果,认为抓好补偿资金、矿井关闭、矿井建设工作,是煤矿企业兼并重组整合的关键。
The paper presents the thought,practice and preliminary effect of coal company merging,regrouping and conglomeration in Linfen.According to the author,the key issues of merging,regrouping and conglomeration for coal company includes to guarantee compensation fund,and enhance coal mine closure and construction.
