摘要
介绍了大秦线HXD2电力机车制动控制系统中应用的2种新型中继阀性能参数,重点分析了P1K型及1P1E型中继阀的结构特性及基本工作原理。P1K型及1P1E型中继阀均为带一个先导压力的中继阀,其输出压力与先导压力成线性关系,可在电力机车制动控制系统中既实现传统中继阀的中继功能,又可实现小流量控制,精确输出大流量预设压力空气。
The paper introduced the brake control system of HXD2 electric locomotive for the application of two new relay valves performance parameters in Datong-Qinhuangdao line, focusing on analysis of P 1K type and 1P l E-type relay valve structural characteristics and the basic working principle. P1K type and 1PIE-type relay valves with a pilot pressure, the output pressure and pilot pressure into a linear relationship cought be electric locomotive brake control system, not only of traditional relay valve relay function, while achieving a small flow control, accurate output of large flow of air pre-set pressure.
