温度对壬基酚聚氧乙烯-10醚/水体系六角状液晶临界应力的影响

Effect of temperature on critical stress of hexagonal liquid crystal formed from aqueous solution of NP-10

摘要 采用HAKKE RS75应力控制流变仪研究了温度对非离子表面活性剂壬基酚聚氧乙烯-10醚(NP-10)/水体系六角状液晶临界应力的影响。结果表明:固定温度下,临界应力随表面活性剂质量分数增加而升高;固定表面活性剂的质量分数而升高温度时,临界应力急剧减小。25℃下,w(NP-10)=35%的样品的临界应力可降至6.7 Pa。在相边界区,临界应力与温度的关系可用二级指数衰减模型描述,在相主体区可用多项式拟合。 Effect of temperature on critical stress (abb. CS ) of hexagonal liquid crystal formed from nonylphenol ethoxylate- 10 (NP -10) in water was studied using stress control rheometer HAKKE RS75. Results showed that, under fixed temperature, CS increases with the rising of mass fraction of NP - 10 in water, while at a fixed mass fraction of NP - 10 in water, CS decreases remarkably as the rising of temperature. Under 25℃ ,CS of a sample composed of 35% (mass fraction) NP- 10 drops to 6.7 Pa. At the area of phase boundary,relationship between CS and temperature can be simulated by a second order exponential decay model, while at the area of body phase, it can be fitted by a polynomial.
