基于紧密堆积理论的混凝土配合比设计方法研究 被引量:11

摘要 针对现行普通混凝土的常规技术性能要求,研究了一种基于紧密堆积理论的混凝土配合比设计方法。该方法以混凝土配合比设计现行规范为基础,参考紧密堆积理论,通过试验拟合出试配强度和浆骨比之间的定量关系以及试配强度和最优砂率的关系,从而为混凝土配合比设计提供最为关键的两个参数(单方用水量和砂率),最终根据配合比设计规范计算得到各组份的配合比设计结果,具有系统化和可程序化的优点。 Aiming at the conventional requirements of concrete technology and performance,a mix proportion design method based on the theory of high packing is studied.This design method is based on actual standards,and along with the high packing theory,the quantitative relationship between trial strength and paste-aggregate ratio and the relationship between trial strength and optimum sand ratio are fitted,so as to provide two key parameters in the design of mix proportion(water quantity of cubic meter and sand ratio).Finally the design result of mix proportion is obtained referring to the actual standard.And this method has both of advantages of systematization and procedure.
