摘要
目的了解大学生在甲型H1N1流感流行初期对甲型H1N1流感防治知识的知晓情况。方法整群抽取温州医学院临床医学、中医学、预防医学、公共管理等专业一～四年级的学生,由经过统一培训的调查人员利用自制的调查表进行调查。结果大学生甲型H1N1流感防治知识得分平均为(17.35±3.47)分(满分25分),女生高于男生(P<0.001);预防医学学生得分高于其他专业学生(P=0.003);有心理疾病的学生得分低于健康或有躯体疾病学生(P<0.001)。结论大学生对甲型H1N1流感防治知识掌握不够全面,总平均得分一般,需要加强甲型H1N1流感的有关知识教育。
Objective To understand the situation of prevention and treatment knowledge about novel influenza A（H1N1） at the beginning period among college students at a university.Methods By a cluster random sampling method,Grade 1～4 undergraduate medical students from specialties of clinical medicine,traditional Chinese medicine and public administration, etc,of Wenzhou Medical College were randomly enrolled,and investigated by trained investigators using a unified self-made questionnaire.Results The mean scores of the prevention and treatment knowledge of novel influenza A（H1N1） among college students was 17.35±3.47（full scores were 25）,female students＇ scores were higher than male students（P〈0.001）;students of prevention medicine specialty had a higher score than students of other specialties（P=0.003）;students with psychological diseases had a lower score than healthy students or students with somatic diseases（P〈0.001）.Conclusions College students have a limited understanding of the prevention and treatment knowledge about novel influenza A（H1N1）,the overall average scores was in general;they need a further related knowledge education and psychological guidance.
