摘要
江西省宜春市明月山森林公园在市委市政府的大力支持下,凭借着良好的景观观赏性和生态环境受到游客的青睐,取得了良好的经济效益,但是森林生态旅游资源以及居民、所有者等利益等方面却存在着不同程度的价值损失,价值补偿严重不足。随着明月山旅游开发的不断加速,无偿利用的各种弊端不断暴露出来,为了实现明月山森林生态旅游资源的可持续利用,保障各方利益以实现旅游业的良性发展,构建森林生态旅游资源开发中的价值补偿机制迫在眉睫,其关键是要确立补偿主体、补偿对象、补偿强度、补偿方式等方面以保障机制的有效运行。
In municipal government support,good ecological environment Mingyue Moutian forest park in Yichun,Jiangxi have achieved good economic benefit.But the value of the forest eco-tourism resources,residents,owners was not compensated inadequately.As Mingyue Moutian＇s development,the free use of the various problems has revealed.Building the value of the compensation mechanism is urgency for Mingyue Moutian＇s sustainable use.For the realization of the mountain forest conservation of sustainable tourism resources and protect the interests of the parties to implement the sound development of tourism.The key is to establish and compensation for the main object,compensation and method for compensation and mechanisms to ensure the effective operation.
