摘要
2008年,哈尔滨农业部耕作机械质量监督检验测试中心对辽、吉、黑三省的耕作机械质量安全状况进行普查,以掌握东北地区耕作机械产品的生产、经营现状和质量安全情况,并针对产品质量安全方面存在的问题,提出提高耕作机械产品质量的措施。
The article introduces the general survey on farming machinery quality safety in 2008 by the Ministry of Agriculture Farming Machinery Quality Supervising and testing centre（Harbin） This article summarizes the work performance,census result,existing problems,and analyzes the basic production status and development trend of domestic rotary cultivator,offers suggestions about strengthening farming machinery quality safety.
