摘要
阐述了水污染物总量控制技术的国内外研究情况,介绍了TMDL技术的概念、目标、基本内容、方法及应用,分析了我国水污染物总量控制研究的发展现状及前景。结合TMDL计划理论框架及我国流域控制单元的总量控制技术体系,建立了一套基于控制单元的水环境污染物总量控制技术实施体系。
The development of the technique of water contaminant gross control was explained and a comprehensive review was presented including TMDL＇s concept,targets,major contents and how to apply it in field trails.The present situation was also analyzed and the trend of the program water contaminant gross control was forecasted.Combining the theoretical framework of TMDL and the technical systems of water contaminant gross control in China,a set of water contaminant gross control technical implementation systems was established based on control units.
