摘要
文化在人类社会历史发展中具有重要作用,以文化形态为主的软实力正日益成为衡量国家或地区发展的重要指标和国际竞争力的关键因素。陕西拥有丰富的文化资源和深厚的文化底蕴。文化软实力的提升,是陕西文化建设的目标指向和发展战略的重心。综观当前陕西省文化软实力资源开发现状,虽然在总体上具有较好的发展环境,但同时面临诸多现实挑战与问题。因此,我们应该坚持以弘扬优秀传统文化为活水源头,以发展文化产业为支点中心,以引进和培养优秀人才为关键环节和以广泛参与国际文化为外部支持,从而形成整合开发陕西文化资源的体制机制,为提升陕西文化软实力创造条件。
Culture plays an important role in the history development of human society,the culture-centered soft power is increasingly gaining its importance as an indicator of the national or regional development and as a key factor in the international competition.Shaanxi boasts of rich cultural resources and abundant cultural deposits.The target and focus of Shaanxi cultural construction should be oriented towards uplifting its cultural soft power.The overall development is fairly satisfactory,but,it is still faced with many problems and challenges.Accordingly,the fine cultural traditions should be further enhanced,the cultural industry should be developed,more talents should be introduced and trained,the international cultural activities should be participated so as to integrate and develop its cultural resources,paving the way for promoting its cultural soft power.
