摘要
农民作为社会主义国家的公民享有广泛的政治、经济和文化权益,其中包括参政权、自治权、土地财产权、劳动权、参与文化活动权等权益。而农民教育可以提高农民综合素质,促进农民全面发展,有助于农民各项权益的实现。这主要表现为,农民教育可以提高农民政治地位和使农民政治社会化,推进农业现代化和促进农村富余劳动力向非农产业和城镇转移,加强农村思想道德建设和促使农民广泛参与群众性精神文明创建活动。
Peasants as the citizens of a socialist country enjoy extensive political,economic and cultural rights and interests which include suffrage,right of autonomy,right of land property,right of labor,right of participating in cultural activity,etc.Education of peasants can improve their comprehensive qualities,promote their all-around development,and help them realize all kinds of rights and interests.It can improve their political status,carry forward agricultural modernization and promote surplus rural labor transfer to non-agricultural industries and towns.It can also enhance ideological and moral education development of the country side and promote their participation in building spiritual civilization.
