摘要
采用可低温分解的硬脂酸颗粒为造孔剂结合梯级粉末烧结法制备了多孔Ni50.8Ti49.2合金,分析了其孔隙形貌、相变温度及力学性能等,并与采用碳酸氢铵和尿素造孔剂的多孔合金进行了比较。结果表明:采用硬脂酸造孔剂制备的多孔NiTi合金的孔隙接近球形、边缘圆整,孔隙率可控,合金具有优良的力学性能和稳定的线性超弹性;随着孔隙率的增大,其相变温度降低,抗压强度下降明显,形状回复率也降低;与另两种造孔剂相比,相同孔隙率下,采用硬脂酸造孔剂制备的多孔合金的力学性能较优,但形状记忆效应较差。
Porous Ni50.8Ti49.2 alloy was prepared using low-temperature decomposable stearic acid particles as pore-forming agent through cascaded powder sintering process.The pore morphology,phase transformation temperature and mechanical properties were studied and compared with those of the alloys fabricated using NH4HCO3 and CO(NH2)2 pore-forming agents.The results show that the porous NiTi alloy fabricated using the stearic acid had nearly spherical,edge round pores and controllable porosity,and its mechanical properties were good and linear superelasticity was stable.Its phase transformation temperatures decreased with the increasing porosity,both the compression strength and shape recovery rate decreased.Compared with the other two pore-forming agents,when the porosity was the same,the porous alloy fabricated by using stearic acid had better mechanical properties,but worse shape memory effect.
