摘要
用5个两系不育系和8个恢复系配制成40个杂交组合,对其5个产量性状和10个品质性状进行典型相关分析。结果表明,产量性状和品质性状两个集团之间存在着极显著的典型相关关系,关系密切的性状有每穗实粒数、有效穗、单株产量、精米长和长宽比。说明在各品质性状中,除粒形外,其它性状均可与产量同时改进,高产与优质可以协调。此外,在蒸煮品质性状与外观品质性状的典型相关中,精米长与直链淀粉含量、胶稠度和垩白粒率间存在着一定的负效应。说明增加精米长有利于降低垩白粒率、直链淀粉含量和胶稠度。
The canonical correlation between the group of 5 yield characters and that of 10 grain quality characters was studied in 40 F1 hybrids mated from 5 thermosensitive genic malesterile lines and 8 restorer lines in rice. The results showed that there existed a significant canonical correlation between yield and quality groups, among which the important characters were filled spikelets/panicle, panicles/plant, grain yield/plant, kernel length and L/W ratio, indicating that except kernel shape, the other quality characters can be improved without affecting yield, i.e., high yield is not contradict to fine quality. In addition, the canonical correlation between the group of cooking quality and that of appearence quality was also significant. In the important characters, kernel length (KL) have a negative effect on amylose content (AC), gel. consistency (GC) and chalky rice rate (CRR), which indicates that increase of KL might lower CRR, AC and GC.
