摘要
研究以蚕豆杆为原料、采用微波辐照氯化锌法制取活性炭的方法。试验得出,微波工艺所需时间仅为传统工艺的1/37.5,活性炭产品的亚甲基蓝脱色力达18mL/0.1g,为国家标准(LY216—79)一级品的1.5倍。
In this paper, manufacture of activated carbon from broadbean stalk by microwave radiation was reported. According to the experimental data, the microwave processing is 37.5 times as fast as the conventional processing, and metylene blue decolorizing ability is 1.5 times as strong as that of the first grade in Chinese standard of powder activated carbon (LY 21679).
