以疫苗预防为主的奶牛乳房炎综合防治措施应用效果观察 被引量:9

摘要 为了进一步提高奶牛乳房炎多联苗免疫效果,先后在兰州地区的3个规模化奶牛场和7个个体奶牛场开展了以乳房炎疫苗预防为主,结合改善环境卫生和药物防治为辅的综合防治措施试验。结果表明,10个奶牛场经过1-2年的试验,隐性乳房炎乳区发病率比试验前降低63.97%(P〈0.01),临床型乳房炎发病率比试验前降低66.36%(P〈0.01),产奶量与试验前相比提高10.18%,达到了良好的防治效果。表明以疫苗预防为主的综合防治措施是一项有效的预防奶牛乳房炎的新方法。
