摘要
作者立足于21世纪可持续发展农业的发展趋势,在掌握大量第一手资料的基础上,宏观地分析评价了中国传统旱作农业体系的历史性贡献和发展障碍,并就中国旱作农业的现代化和可持续发展以及完善和更新现行旱作农业体系等议题,分别从观念、政策和技术等角度做了较为系统地探讨.
Based on the trend of agricultural derelopmbsent in the 21st century,author objectively evaluated the historical contribution and developmental obstacles of dry-land agricultural aystem of China with amount of data at the first hand. The modernization and sustainable development of agricultural system were systemically discussed from the aspects of concept ,policy and technique etc.
