摘要
分析了齿轮啮合过程中影响接触应力的相关因数,建立了计算齿轮接触应力的二维(2D)及三维(3D)有限元模型。得到了这两种模型下轮齿在啮合过程中接触应力的变化规律,比较了二维和三维结果的差异,获得了精确的齿面接触应力分布。计算结果表明接触应力沿齿宽方向分布并非是均匀的。
The influence factors of contact stress in meshing process are researched. Two-dimensional (2D) and three-dimensional (3D) finite element model are established and the variety of contact stress is achieved respectively. The difference between the calculation results of 2D and 3D FEM are compared,the more reasonable and exact contact stress distributions on gear tooth are obtained. The numerical results indicate that the contact stress distributions are not uniform along the tooth width direction.
