摘要
针对大港油田埕海二区沙一段大位移钻进过程中常出现的倒划眼、卡钻和井塌等复杂钻井问题,对该地层进行了黏土矿物分析和泥页岩理化性能实验,得出该井段中硬泥页岩地层微裂缝发育和易发生水化膨胀是导致井壁失稳问题的主要原因。根据井壁失稳机理,研制出一套高性能水基钻井液。评价实验结果表明,该体系抑制性强,能抑制岩屑分散及中硬泥页岩的水化膨胀,并能显著降低由钻井液侵入导致的对泥页岩强度的影响;具有较强的抗温(120℃)和抗污染能力。该体系总体性能与目前现场使用的国外一种高性能钻井液体系性能相当,能满足大位移钻井的需要。
Some drilling problems,such as back reaming sticking and collapsing,were encountered in the Shayi member of Shahejie formation.Through the experiments on the mineralogical analysis and physical and chemical properties of medium hard clay shale,the reasons caused those problems were concluded,which is the developed micro-fracture and hydration swelling of brittle shale in this formation.Based on the mechanism of borehole instability,a high performance water-based drilling fluid has been developed.The laboratory experiments show that it has a high inhibitive performance to inhibit cuttings distribution and swelling,also it has the high performances of temperature tolerance(up to 120 ℃) and anti-pollution,which is equivalent with the M-I.
