摘要
遵义仡佬民族自治地方的审判机关在民事审判活动中合理运用仡佬民俗习惯来解决民事纠纷,在当前还存在着一些障碍。为此,应构建在民事审判中运用遵义仡佬民俗习惯的机制,更好地实现仡佬民俗习惯蕴藏的法律价值,提高司法效率,实现社会的公平正义。
Judicial organs in the Gelao national autonomous area in Zunyi still have some difficulty in applying folk customs to deal with civil disputes.Therefore,the author considers that we should create a system for application of folk customs of Gelao ethnic group in Zunyi to civil jurisdiction,which better takes full advantage of the legal value hidden in the folk customs of Gelao ethnic group,thus improving the efficiency of jurisdiction and realizing the equality and justice in our society.
