摘要
采用活性燃烧高速燃气(AC-HVAF)喷涂工艺制备了WC-10Co-4Cr涂层,测试了涂层的结合强度、显微硬度、气孔率以及抗磨粒磨损性能。并利用XRD对喷涂粉末及涂层进行了相结构分析,用扫描电子显微镜对喷涂粉末、磨粒磨损后的涂层表面形貌进行了观察。结果表明:在喷涂过程中,仅有很少量的WC发生合金化。涂层的结合强度和显微硬度高,组织结构致密。在相同的实验条件下,16Mn钢的磨粒磨损质量损失是WC-10Co-4Cr涂层的266倍,这表明HVAF制备的WC-10Co-4Cr涂层具有优异的抗磨粒磨损性能。
WC-10Co-4Cr coating was deposited by AC-HVAF spraying process.The bond strength,microhardness,porosity and abrasive wear performance of the coating were measured;phase structure of the feedstock powder and the coating were analyzed by XRD.The characterizations of spraying feedstock powder,microstructure and surface micrograph of the attrition surfaces were analyzed by SEM.The results show that the WC does not decompose obviously during spraying,the coating has high bond strength,high microhardness and compact structure.The mass loss of 16Mn steel is 266 times higher than that loss of the coating,which demonstrates excellent wearresistance of the WC-10Co-4Crcoating.
