摘要
采用单片机、PLC、步进电机等实现的大型板料自动送料控制系统,运行多年后出现了送料机在纵向移动中达不到规定的位置,板料加工精度无法保证的现象。文章分析了存在的原因,提出了采用PLC、伺服控制器、伺服电机的改进设计方案,并阐述了PLC与伺服控制器之间的通信实现原理及连接程序。实际运行结果表明,改进后的设计方案使大型板料送料加工具有定位准确、精度高、运行稳定可靠的特点,具有较高实际应用价值。
With SCM,PLC,stepper motor to achieve a large sheet automatic feeding control system,the feeder can not reach the location position in the longitudinal movement after running for many years,and Precision of sheet metal processing can not guarantee.This paper analyzes the reasons for the existence,the Improved design was proposed by using PLC,servo controller,servo motor.And the communication principle and Program between PLC and servo controller was described.the feature of positioning accuracy,high precision,stable and eliable is showed in the practical result for Improved design and high practical value.
