摘要
学生班级是高校实施学生管理和教育最主要的基层单位,而班主任是班级管理与建设的主要参与者,班级管理的好坏,对学校教学、教育质量和学生成才有着直接的影响。建立科学合理的班级管理评价体系,对班主任的工作和班级的状态进行客观有效的考评,能激励和引导班主任将班级管理的重心根本落实在学风建设上来。
Class is the most important grass-roots unit for implementation of student management and education in colleges,and class adviser is the major participant in class management and construction who has direct impact on whether the class management is good or bad,school teaching,educational quality and cultivating talents.We should establish scientific and reasonable evaluation system of class management,give effective and objective evaluation for the work of class adviser and class status to encourage and guide class adviser＇s focus on construction of study atmosphere.
